The Carbon Energy Fund Ireland (CEFI) is an organisation specifically created to facilitate and project manage the procurement of complex energy infrastructure upgrades and Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) within the Irish health sector. The CEFI established the framework to guarantee the performance of companies (suppliers) that are tasked with implementing energy efficiency projects in hospitals. It consists of a collective group of experts including project managers, a broad range of engineers and finance professionals, technical and energy requirements for the health sector.
