OVVIA offers ‘warmth as a Service’ propositions. Larger utilities buy a label contract, or a warmth performance contract, OVVIA finances and Van Hout is responsible for the technical operation. The warmth-as-a-service proposition guarantees the clients their energy bill will be lower than before and they’ll meet their CO2 obligations with as little effort for them as possible. Installation, maintenance, reporting is all taken care of. In return, the installation is no longer on their balance sheets, but is in the books of OVVIA.
